BABY PARROT Formula
Suggested Use: TOP’s First Feathers Formula is designed to provide balanced nutrition for growing baby parrots during the hand-feeding stage.
Mixing Instructions:
Newly hatched (0–5 days): 1 part formula : 5–6 parts water
Early growth (5–14 days): 1 part formula : 3–4 parts water
Mid growth (2–4 weeks): 1 part formula : 2–3 parts water
Late stage: 1 part formula : 1.5–2 parts water
Feeding Temperature: 102–106°F (39–41°C): Do not exceed 108°F.
Feeding Frequency:
0–1 week: every 2–3 hours
1–2 weeks: every 3–4 hours
2–4 weeks: every 4–5 hours
4+ weeks: 2–3 feedings per day
Feeding Amount: 8–12% of body weight per feeding.
Hygiene: Prepare fresh formula each feeding. Discard after 30 minutes. Clean all tools thoroughly.
Weaning: Introduce soaked TOP’s organic pellets and other soft foods gradually.
